Joe Wicks: Facing My Childhood - BBC One - Monday, 9pm
Most of us know him as the man who managed to get our kids through lockdown with his PE With Joe YouTube videos, but cheery Joe Wicks is hiding a traumatic past.
In this documentary, he tells the story of his difficult childhood living with his mum's mental health struggles and his dad's drug addiction, and explains his battle to break the cycle with his own parenting.

Wicks has said he had many messages during lockdown from parents suffering with their own mental health problems and explains how he wanted to help out with his family exercise classes.
The Time Traveler's Wife - Sky - Monday, 9pm
You've read the book, you've seen the film, and now you can watch the TV series.
Audrey Niffenegger's story about a time travelling man and his lifelong romance with the woman he returns to at all stages of her life gets a new retelling at Sky.
It's been adapted by former Doctor Who showrunner Steven Moffat, and this time stars Rose Leslie and Theo James.
Floodlights - BBC Two - Tuesday, 9pm
Be warned, while Floodlights might be important viewing, it's certainly not relaxing.
This dramatisation of former footballer Andy Woodward's harrowing childhood being trained up in the sport also tells the story of how his bravery in talking about his experiences changed the face of the game.

Derry Girls - Channel 4 - Wednesday, 9pm
Hit 90s sitcom Derry Girls draws to a close in this feature-length episode that concludes series three.
We might be used to scenes of hilarity from the teenage friends as they navigate growing up as convent school students in Derry, but this week's finale comes with fair warning of heartbreak.

The series is set against the backdrop of the Troubles, and the ending will coincide with the Good Friday Agreement, revisiting the gang one year on from the previous episode as they prepare for leaving school and 18th birthday parties.
Life & Beth - Disney+ - Wednesday
Amy Schumer takes the lead in this new comedy series about a New York wine merchant who appears to be living her best life, but makes some drastic changes after a health scare.
She decides to return to her rural roots in search of a more meaningful life, but finds it isn't quite that easy to become more wholesome.
Hunted - Channel 4 - Sunday, 9pm
SAS: Who Dares Wins might have concluded last week, but Channel 4 Sunday nights are still reserved for challenge shows - although this one can't claim to be quite as tough as Special Forces selection.
Pairs of contestants are tasked with going off grid and evading capture as they make their way around the country with detection pros in pursuit.
