To our valued and supportive Women's Health readers it is with deep regret that we share the news Women's Health Live 2020 is cancelled.
Our priority has always been the wellbeing of everyone attending the event, therefore, due to the current situation with coronavirus, we were forced to make what is a very difficult decision, but ultimately the right one.
We wish to share our sincere apologies for any disappointment caused and we are working to refund ticket holders within 14 working days.
We understand that you might have questions and concerns, so please find some FAQs below.
I’ve booked travel/accommodation for the event – are you going to offer us refunds for this?
Our ultimate priority has always been the wellbeing of everyone attending Women’s Health Live. We recommend that you contact your travel provider and hotel company with regards to a refund directly from your tour company.
I understand Women’s Health Live 2020 has been cancelled, but I have not received any direct communication to inform me about it?
The Women’s Health Live team have issued an email to everyone who has purchased a ticket using the email address you used to register with. We understand that sometimes these communications don’t always make it through, so we apologise if you have not received any correspondence from us. Rest assured you will be receiving a full refund for your tickets. If you have any further questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
When will the refund appear in my account?
A refund will be processed automatically. You do not need to do anything.
The refunds will be processed over the coming days and should appear in your account within 14 working days. Your refund will include the full price of your tickets plus any booking fees.
Please bear with us while we issue these refunds. If the funds do not appear in your account after 14 working days, please email email@example.com.
I used a discount/comp code for my General Access ticket but paid for classes – will I still be refunded?
Yes, you will be refunded the full amount you paid, including your booking fee.
Will my General Access ticket refunds come through at the same time as class refunds?
Your refund will be processed altogether and should appear in your account within 14 working days.
What is the date for Women’s Health Live 2021?
A new date for next year’s event has not yet been set. We will be in touch regarding this announcement.
