In case you didn't know, previous series of Love Is Blind have actually had more success stories than make it onto the Netflix show. But were there any engagements from season three that didn't get any air time?
Back in 2020, Lexi Skipper revealed to Cosmopolitan UK that she actually got engaged to a a man named Westley Baer on the show after spending nine days chatting in the pods. While the pair were filmed for the show, they were told after the proposal by producers that they wouldn't be heading on honeymoon to Mexico, and their time on the show was over.
Similarly, a couple named Caitlin McKee and Joey Miller actually left series two engaged, but their whole romance wasn't included in the Netflix series. Alongside a picture of the two of them together, McKee explained on Instagram at the time, "What a whirlwind the last few days have been since @loveisblindnetflix season 2 has premiered!
"Watching the couples meet in the pods, fall in love and experience their first reveal transported me right back to that place. What you didn’t see is that I also found love in the pods and left the show with a fiancé."
Sadly the pair eventually split after the experiment. But did anyone from season three also get engaged, but didn't quite make it onto the show?
According to Love Is Blind production company Kinetic, no season three engagements were left out of the reality show this time around. They also confirmed that no couples who weren't matched in the pods ended up together after the show, in a similar way to Deepti Vempati and Kyle Abrams, who flirted with the idea of it during the Reunion.
So the question now is: Will the five couples currently on Love Is Blind make it down the aisle?
