Wendy's Menu Items Ranked - From Frosty Shakes And Baconators To Some Pretty Sad-Looking Baked Potatoes
When we heard that Wendy's was finally coming back to the UK with not one, but TWO restaurants opening up in 2021, it was all too exciting. We immediately looked up the Wendy's menu and started daydreaming about what we'd be stuffing our faces with first. Now, we don't know exactly what the Wendy's UK menu will consist of, but there's no reason not to picture ourselves guzzling down one of each of these Wendy's treats, right?
To save you making any mistakes when you set foot into Wendy's for the first time, we've ranked the menu from best (Frosty Shakes and Baconators obvs) to worst (soz, baked potatoes). But do you agree?

1) God tier: Chocolate Frosty
What it is: The Chocolate Frosty was born out of Dave’s (Wendy's founder) desire for a signature dessert to go with his vision of the perfect meal.
Why it's God tier: It's thick enough to use a spoon, smooth enough to use a straw, and perfect when enjoyed on the end of a fry. If that's your jam...

2) God tier: Vanilla Frosty
What it is: The vanilla version of Wendy's signature frozen dessert. This is the smooth, thick, sweet dessert masterpiece that goes with everything on the menu. You deserve a dessert this good, so go ahead.
Why it's God tier: The words "cool" and "creamy" don’t do it justice.

3) God tier: Baconator
What it is: A half-pound of fresh beef, American cheese, six pieces of crispy Applewood smoked bacon, ketchup, and mayo.
Why it's God tier: There's a reason this is Wendy's signature burger. i mean, six bits of bacon... SIX!?

4) God tier: Pretzel Bacon Pub Cheeseburger
What is it: A quarter-pound of fresh, never-frozen beef, warm beer cheese sauce, Applewood smoked bacon, smoky honey mustard, crispy fried onions, pickles, and a slice of muenster cheese all on an extra soft pretzel bun.
Why it's God tier: Pretzel buns for the win!

5) God tier: Jalapeño Popper Chicken Sandwich
What is it: A breaded chicken breast covered with jalapeño cream cheese, shredded pepper jack cheese, jalapeños (obviously), Applewood smoked bacon, and cheddar cheese sauce.
Why it's God tier: Jalapeños and crispy chicken are never a bad thing.

6) God tier: Pretzel Bacon Pub Classic Chicken Sandwich
What is it: A breaded chicken breast, warm beer cheese sauce, Applewood smoked bacon, smoky honey mustard, crispy fried onions, pickles, and a slice of muenster cheese all on an extra soft pretzel bun.
Why it's God tier: Again... pretzel buns for the win!

7) God tier: Baconator Fries
What is it: Wendy's natural-cut, skin-on, sea-salted fries topped with warm, creamy cheese sauce, shredded cheddar, and crispy Applewood smoked bacon. The only fries worthy of the Baconator name.
Why it's God tier: When has cheese and bacon NOT been a good addition to fries?

8) God tier: Jalapeño Popper Salad
What is it: Made fresh daily with Wendy’s signature lettuce blend, spicy, crispy chicken breast, diced tomatoes, shredded pepper jack cheese, applewood smoked bacon, and, of course, jalapeños, all topped with a crispy jalapeño and cheddar crouton mix and jalapeño ranch. If you’re reading this, you must like jalapeños so, yes, this is the one you should get. Promise.
Why it's God tier: Yes, it's a salad. But that doesn't mean it's not hella tasty.

What is it: Made fresh daily with Wendy’s signature lettuce blend, shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, salsa, sour cream, tortilla chips, and Wendy's famous, hearty chilli. A fresh take on tacos perfect for Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or any other days for that matter.
Why it's top tier: Let's be honest: this is more 'loaded nachos' than it is a salad.

What is it: Grilled sausage, American cheese, Applewood smoked bacon, a fresh-cracked grade A egg, (deep breath) more cheese and more bacon all covered in Swiss cheese sauce. Don’t just break your fast. Destroy it.
Why it's God tier: A Baconator in any form is simply a wonderful thing.

What is it: A juicy, lightly breaded crispy chicken breast with crunchy lettuce, tomato, mayo, and the perfect pickles, all on a toasted bun. It’s a flawless blend of nostalgia and excitement—kinda like your all-time favourite song, only better ‘cause you can eat it.
Why it's top tier: You just can't argue with breaded chicken and cheese in a bun.

12) Top tier: Asiago Ranch Classic Chicken Club Sandwich

Why it's top tier: So. Many. Delicious. Elements.

Why it's good tier: Like our two favourite things combined: a chicken burger and a BLT.

Why it's good tier: These are great. We just have a real soft spot for the spicy nuggs.

Why it's good tier: is this better than McDonald's Filet-O-Fish? We couldn't possibly comment.

What is it: Made fresh daily with Wendy’s signature lettuce blend, pepper jack cheese, diced tomatoes, cool, creamy avocado, Applewood smoked bacon, and grilled chicken breast hot off the grill, all topped with Marzetti Simply Dressed Southwest Ranch Dressing. It’s zesty and Southwesty!
Why it's good tier: Chicken, bacon and avocado is a flavour combination that can't be denied.

Why it's good tier: A Wendy's Apple Pecan Salad a day keeps the doctor away (don't quote us on that...).

What is it: Hot and fluffy potato topped with creamy cheese sauce, shredded cheese, and Applewood smoked bacon. Because nothing goes with a potato like cheese, more cheese, and also bacon.
Why it's good tier: Yes, it's just a humble backed potato, but it does come with cheese and bacon.

What is it: Hot and fluffy potato topped with Wendy’s signature meaty, flavourful chilli, rich, creamy cheese sauce, and shredded cheddar. This spud’s your best bud.
Why it's good tier: Again, it's just a baked potato. But once you start adding exciting toppings, baked potatoes are da bomb.

What is it: A fresh-cracked grade A egg and grilled sausage covered in creamy Swiss cheese sauce on a flaky croissant bun. There’s a lot going on in this simple sandwich and it’s all delicious.
Why it's good tier: What a great start the day. Sausage? Check. Egg? Check. Swiss cheese? Check. All stuffed inside a buttery, flaky croissant? Tick! Tick! Tick!

Why it's good tier: Not wildly exciting, but a winner all the same.

What is it: Hot and fluffy potato with shredded cheddar cheese and rich, creamy cheese sauce on top. It’s savoury and delicious no matter how you skin it.
Why it's meh tier: Yes, we like baked potatoes. And yes, we like cheese. But there are just so many better things on offer at Wendy's.
