In 2006, Spice Girls star Mel B had a relationship with comedian Eddie Murphy. After their split, the latter publicly denied being the father of their daughter Angel. In an interview on Dutch show ‘RTL Boulevard’, the ‘Nutty Professor’ star said: “We’re not together anymore. I don't know whose child that is until it comes out and has a blood test. You shouldn't jump to conclusions." The DNA test revealed that he was in fact the father, and since paternity was proven Eddie has been a major part of Angel's life. Their daughter turns 16 in 2023.
