Suranne Jones and Martin Compston's new BBC One drama Vigil is all we can think about right now.

The new six-part thriller focuses on the mysterious disappearance of a Scottish fishing trawler and a death on-board a submarine, which leads to the police coming into conflict with the Navy and British security services. Sounds good, right?

While viewers are absolutely HOOKED after two episodes were streamed back-to-back on Sunday and Monday evening [29th and 30th August], some fans noticed a filming error in a specific scene.

Posting a screenshot of Kirsten, played by Rose Leslie, talking to the Navy at their base, one viewer pointed out the reflection of the camera person in her car window. Uh oh.

"I wonder if the team on #vigil forgot to edit out the camera reflection on the car…" one eagle-eyed viewer wrote on Twitter. Another put, "Oops" and "I noticed that too!"

But other fans are convinced it's not actually a camera person, but rather a Navy officer pointing a gun at the car. "Is it not an armed officer? They surrounded the car," one person replied, while another put, "It was one of the Navy personnel."

As well as Compston, Jones and Game of Thrones actor Leslie, the cast includes Endeavour's Shaun Evans, Bodyguard actor Anjli Mohindra, The Leftovers star Paterson Joseph, Sex Education's Connor Swindells, Doctor Foster's Adam James and His Dark Materials Gary Lewis.

The next episode of Vigil airs on Sunday September 5 at 9pm.
