How Victoria Beckham's diet could help her manage hay fever struggle
Victoria Beckham has a famously strict diet, with her husband David sharing that she has eaten grilled fish and steamed vegetables almost every day since they met.
However, the 48-year-old may need to change her eating habits, for a very important health reason. Speaking about his wife once more in 2022, David shared that VB has terrible hay fever, which can be remedied by adding certain foods into her diet.
Speaking of Victoria's hay fever, David told GQ: "The kids and my wife get it every year," before adding he had been struck down for the first time.
To limit her hay fever symptoms, online healthy food retailer MuscleFood shared nine foods that can help ease hay fever.
"Changes to a diet can have a big impact on allergy sufferers, especially for those who are hypersensitive to pollen," says MuscleFood's Ashleigh Tosh.
"Foods such as red onion and seaweed can help to relieve the symptoms of allergens along with fruit which is rich in vitamin C like oranges and strawberries," she adds.
