Popstar, WAG, fashion designer, mother...Victoria Beckham is known for being many things.

Being low maintenance is not one of them.

From her explosion onto our screens in the nineties as Posh spice, to the 2014 cover interview with Vogue where it was revealed that she eats bee pollen everyday for breakfast, Victoria is known as someone with expensive taste, who spends time and effort on her (really rather flawless) appearance.

It should come as no surprise therefore that, in a recent interview with beauty blog IntoTheGloss, the 43-year-old revealed she observes a beauty regime that's labour intensive and anything but low cost. In fact, rounding up total costs, the former Spice Girl splashes out £648 on skincare products, £366 on makeup, £124 on body lotions and £66 on her tresses.

And yet, while many of the products are expensive (her daily moisturiser, by Crème de la Mer, costs £185), she also uses a body lotion, Weleda Skin Food, you can pick up in Holland and Barrett for £9.95.

Victoria's a beauty aficionado. The makeup collection she launched in collaboration with Estée Lauder back in September 2016 sold out immediately – twice. And the second instalment, which hit shelves towards the end of last year, was similarly successful.

So while you might not want to go out and buy the lot, it's definitely worth perusing her top picks for some inspiration.
