Let’s face it: with creation of curtain bangs, shaggy mullets, blunt cuts and choppy feathers, the 70s and 80s were a great time for hairstyles. It’s no wonder they’ve all made a strong comeback. But we’re still taking inspo from these decades – just look at Vanessa Hudgens’ latest look.

The Princess Switch actor recently sported one of the most chic and retro looks I’ve ever seen – and she looks incredible. Celebrity hairstylist Dimitris Giannetos posted a video of Vanessa rocking super bouncy hair with large, flicked out curls.

Revealing his inspo for the look, he captioned the post: “Gorgeous @vanessahudgens serving Charlie’s Angels”.

With this kind of hair, there’s only one thing to do, follow Alex Munday’s instructions and “flip your goddamn hair” – and Vanessa does exactly that.

In the Instagram video, she’s smiling before doing the iconic Charlie’s Angel gun pose, all with a wind machine (or maybe even a hairdryer??) blowing on her and the show’s theme tune playing in the background. Absolutely iconic.

Alongside her incredible hair, the actor is wearing a majorrrrrrr green and blue glittery metallic smoky eye that also looks somewhat glossy. Yes, that is a lot of words to describe an eyeshadow look but just take a look at it for yourself:

Super pretty, right?

To finish the look, her makeup artist Allan Avendaño gave her pink-toned blusher and a glossy nude pink lip to match.

If you’ve been looking for inspiration for a glamorous makeup look this holiday season, I think you might have just found it…
