Beauty products have evolved pretty drastically over recent years. We've seen fruit-inspired and infused skincare products (basically everything from Glow Recipe), wacky pimple patches (Starface SpongeBob stickers I'm looking at you!), and even blue sea kelp and moonstone enriched holographic hair foam... it's a lot, we know.

However, one 'thing' (if we can even call it a thing) we have yet to see, is a product that has been likened to 'unicorn sperm'. Now, I know it sounds crazy but stay with me here.

In a recent Instagram video, Alicia Keys spoke about her very own Keys Soulcare Let Me Glow Illuminating Priming Serum with Niacinamide, £25, and read off some fan reviews and comments whilst applying to product to her face.

Alicia shared that on Mikayla Nogueira's (our fav beauty TikToker) video review of the product, one person asked: "How does it compare to the Chanel?" and she responded "Better!!!".

Someone else hints at the product giving Hailey Bieber a run for her money, saying: "Glazed donut vibes for real 😳".

But ours, as well as Alicia's "all time favourite" comment has to be from one user, writing: "Unicorn sperm lol".

Yep. You read that right. Unicorn sperm. Don't you just love the internet sometimes?

Alicia seems to also be amused, laughing, whilst also saying: "No comment... let's just put it here [whilst rubbing the product into her neck and dècolletage]. Shine up all the places". I mean, if it works, it works right? Unicorn sperm or not...

As well as us and clearly Alicia, fans are also loving this comparison, commenting under her IG video:

One wrote: "unicorn sperm lmfao 😂😂".

Someone else said: "Dat sperm tho !!".

Another commented: "🦄🤣🤣🤣".

Whilst someone else said: "The unicorn Sperm took me outttt😂".

Marketing 101: liken skincare to unicorn sperm and you are Good. To. Go.
