Um, Vanessa Hudgens (and her abs) are total đŸ”„ in a tiny red bikini

There’s something about that favourite summer bikini that hits different. Case in point: Vanessa Hudgens and her stunning red bikini.

The 33-year-old High School Musical alum shared several pics on Instagram over the weekend of herself rocking a gorgeous bikini alongside her artist-buddy Vince Rossi. In the pics, Vanessa shows off her seriously sculpted core and impressively toned legs as she poses on some rocks.

'☀☀☀,' she wrote simply in the caption. And, honestly, she doesn't really need to say anything more than that.

People low-key freaked in the comments. 'Omg girl... đŸ€ŻđŸ€ŻđŸ„”đŸ„”đŸ€€đŸ€€đŸ€€đŸ”„đŸ”„,' one wrote. 'It should be illegal to look that good!' someone else chimed in. 'Sheeeeesh đŸ„”,' a third said.

Vanessa has made it very clear that she works hard to get strong. In fact, a few weeks ago, she shared that she went all in during a workout session at The Dogpound, a gym that plenty of celebrities frequent:

Vanessa does a little of everything on the workout front, and she prefers to get her sweat on with a buddy. She previously told Women’s Health US that she aims to do six workouts a week alongside her friends. 'To be self-motivated consistently is almost a daydream,' she said, adding, 'I reach out to friends to hold me accountable.'

So what, exactly, do those workouts entail? It’s a pretty wide range. Vanessa told Well+Good that she’s stuck with SoulCycle, Pilates, and yoga for the past 10 years and that she tries to mix things up during the week to target different areas of her body.

Vanessa has shared tons of content of herself crushing workouts at The Dogpound with her trainer, Julia Brown. Vanessa has aced her way through a battle ropes workout and resistance band training, featuring herself doing all kinds of squats and jumps with Brown among many other sweat sessions.

Food-wise, Vanessa is a fan of intermittent fasting. 'I’ve been intermittent fasting a lot, because for me, I love pasta, I love pizza, and when I’m not eating carbs I feel like a little piece of me dies,' she previously told People. She typically eats from noon to 6 p.m. each day, and then fasts for the other 18 hours.

Vanessa is also a pescatarian (meaning, she mostly follows a plant-based diet with some fish in the mix). 'I used to be the girl who ate bacon for breakfast every single morning,' she told Women's Health US. 'But what animals go through is so inhumane. That's not a system that I support.'

That suit, though
