Tyler Hoechlin is incredibly private when it comes to his personal life, and uses his social media channels such as Instagram mainly to promote projects he is working on. As of 2020, Tyler is reportedly single.

Unsurprisingly, Tyler has had a string of high-profile relationships.
The actor is said to have dated the likes of Ashlee Simpson, The Vampire Diaries' Candice Accola King, model Alena Gerber (the pair were seen getting close during a trip to Rome in 2015) and even actress Brittany Snow for three years between 2012 and 2015.

Back in 2010, Tyler revealed in numerous interviews that he was in a relationship with Glee dancer Rachele Brooke Smith, and the two were often seen together in public. They broke up after two years.
What has Tyler Hoechlin said about his relationships?
Speaking to Cosmopolitan in 2013, Tyler revealed that he once took someone to Hawaii for a date.
When asked: "What's the best date you've ever been on?" the star responded: "I actually went to Hawaii on a date. It was my idea, and it was not like a long-term, we're-in-a-relationship thing. Just two days in Hawaii to relax and enjoy the beach. It was incredible."
He also told the magazine that when it comes to relationships, he prefers not to sit on negative feelings, emphasising that it's important to talk things out.
Tyler said: "When it comes to relationships, if there is something bugging you, instead of trying to pretend like it's not, it's better to make it known and deal with it as opposed to letting it turn into something bigger while the other person has no idea."
