Try Chris Hemsworth's 10-Minute 'No Limits' Bodyweight Workout

Chris Hemsworth has packed on more muscle than ever before over the last year and a half, getting sufficiently jacked enough to believably play a pro wrestler in the Hulk Hogan biopic. He has also pushed himself out of his comfort zone, both physically and mentally, in the upcoming documentary series Limitless, which explores the wide-ranging methods used all over the world to live a longer, healthier, and happier life.

The Australian actor has been aided in his progress by his trainer Luke Zocchi, who has kept him on track with his gains via some seriously intense prowler and boxing workouts, and a diet consisting of up to eight protein-rich meals a day. Zocchi is also part of the team behind Centr, Hemsworth's health and wellness app which includes workouts, meal plans, and guided meditations all designed to optimise progress and recovery in your fitness goals.

After demonstrating a 20-minute bodyweight exercise circuit, he has just dropped a new "bonus" workout video that takes half the time and that is lower impact, but that he promises will get harder on the second round. Zocchi takes the lead in the video and instructs Hemsworth through each of the exercises—watch the video above, and then try the routine for yourself.

The "No Limit" Centr Bodyweight Workout

Perform each exercise for 40 seconds, and then rest for 20 seconds before moving onto the next. Then run through the circuit a second time. It will feel more challenging on round two, but the whole thing will be finished in 10 minutes.
