Ramp up the fierceness of your workouts with this high-intensity, full-body, no-equipment workout. NASM-certified personal trainer and Air Force veteran, Deja Lewis shared this fast-paced workout that includes just three bodyweight moves on TikTok.

Directions: Do each move for 45 secs for an AMRAP (as many reps as possible) workout. Complete as many rounds as you can without any rest.

  1. Surrender with a jump

  2. Squat with alternating kick

  3. Burpee star jump

These are powerful total-body moves. Aside from strengthening your muscles, you can expect to be breathing heavy after just a few rounds!
