Trump's 'Completely Berserk' Sean Hannity Interview Gets The Treatment On Twitter
Hours after former Vice President Joe Biden named Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) to be his running mate on Tuesday, President Donald Trump spoke with Sean Hannity of Fox News ― and the conversation was all over the map.
Trump launched a 20-minute stream-of-consciousness attack on windmills, the Pulitzer Prize, his impeachment over a “perfect” phone call, former campaign rival Hillary Clinton and more. The president also claimed ― without evidence ― that the election will be “rigged” due to increased use of mail-in ballots.
“The mailmen are gonna get ’em and people are just gonna grab batches of them, and you talk about China and Russia, they’ll be grabbing plenty of them,” Trump said. “It’s just common sense.”
The coronavirus pandemic, which has killed nearly 165,000 Americans including more than 1,300 on Tuesday alone, barely got a mention.
Trump’s critics on social media attempted to parse the rambling conversation:
Listening to Trump on Hannity. What started as a talk about Harris has turned into a discussion of "Hillary smashing the phones with hammers" and the Russia dossier. Sounds, honestly, like he and Hannity got bored talking Harris.

Happy about Harris but the real psy-ops would have been announcing a windmill as Biden’s running mate.

You can tell the Kamala Harris pick has really wounded Trump. He’s in his safe space right now. He’s on with Hannity. Hannity is holding his hand. And lobbing him softballs.

Donald Trump's night so far
- Calls in to Sean Hannity show and goes completely berserk
- Has incoherent meltdown about windmills
- Kamala Harris has broken what was left of Trump's brain
- This is going to be the end of Trump
- Trump is going to prison
- It's still only 10:45pm— Palmer Report (@PalmerReport) August 12, 2020
Poor Hannity. He just wants Trump to riff on Kamala, but the conversation keeps drifting to... knife-wielding MS-13 assassins; the Rebar inside the Wall; the Pulitzer prizes, and Hillary.

Trump: Wind is nice... but it causes tremendous environmental problems... If you see a windmill and you hear a windmill, your home is worth half pic.twitter.com/5zY18eLRnf

Just grab 'em by the ballots ... when you're president they let you do it. https://t.co/gGPxcssiAG

Trump, on Hannity to talk Harris, is talking windmills: "If you see a windmill and you hear a windmill, your home goes down by half, or less than half. It kills all the birds."

Lmao, trump is so much out of his fucking mind he was talking about windmills on Hannity tonight.

Without evidence, President Trump tells Sean Hannity that Russia and China are going to be intercepting mailed ballots in order to interfere in the 2020 election.

.@realDonaldTrump is now claiming that vote-by-mail ballots are being sent to dogs. I see nothing wrong with this.
