Topshop X Halpern Is The Sequin Dream You’ve Been Waiting For This Party Season
Update 7 November: The long-anticipated Topshop x Halpern collection has just dropped and let's just say, your wardrobe won't know what's hit it.
From plushy velvet dresses and snake sequin trousers, to hologram sequin trousers and cheetah-print bodysuits, the collection promises high-octane glamour as well as depending out obsession for animal print in AW18.

Topshop has just announced it's latest designer collaboration and we could not be more excited about it.
Halpern, the New York based sequin extravaganza brand, is a disco lover's dream.
Known for his show-stopping, 70s-referencing sequins, the recent Central St. Martin's graduate is joining the likes of Marques'Almeida, Molly Goddard and Christopher Kane in releasing an entire line, solely for the high-street giant, Topshop.
Since his debut at London Fashion Week in 2017, his disco-inspired dresses, jumpsuits and thigh-high boots have been seen on Adwoa Aboah, Lupita Nyong'o, Marion Cotillard and many more.
The ELLE List honouree, who previously worked at Versace and Oscar De La Renta, specialises in high-octane glamour, but it comes with a high-octane price. With his most 'basic' t-shirts setting you back £790, fashion fans will be pleased to see the Studio 54-style pieces they love at a much more affordable price point when they shop the collab.

Halpern said of the exciting venture: 'I think it’s fabulous that as a younger brand we’re able to work with Topshop, making the type of clothing we do for the main Halpern collection in an accessible way so more people can really feel the glamour. I want the whole world to feel as glam as possible, and this type of collaboration is a fantastic way to accomplish that.'
Debuting a 28-piece strong collection in early November of this year, there will be, no doubt, an item for every woman to covet. However, it will sell out fast, so keep your eyes peeled.
The collection is said to promise, ‘disco-ready party wear across neon velvet separates, printed two pieces, sequin- adorned jumpsuits and iridescent camo print mini dresses.’
