It seems like only yesterday Harry and Francesca were getting matching tattoos, and talking about marriage and kids. But now it's all over, with Francesca announcing the couple's break-up in a teary video on her YouTube channel.
The pair, who appeared on Netflix's Too Hot to Handle, were one of only two couples who left the show in a relationship and since then they've been absolutely gushing about each other, with rumours flying that they'd even got engaged on Zoom.
But all that came crashing down late last night when Francesca posted an emotional video to her YouTube channel that not only referenced how difficult it had been to maintain the relationship long distance (Harry is in the US and Francesca is in Canada), but also mentioned "rumours that came up that turned out to be true."
In the video she also mentions how Harry hadn't wanted to announce their break-up, but she felt she had to in order to come to terms with it, saying that distance had contributed to the split.
"I'm just gonna be honest with everyone. Harry and I are not together anymore," she continued. "He decided to break up with me because he couldn't do long-distance anymore.
"I obviously was heartbroken. I did everything I could. I got to LA - I was there for business - but I got there and I was just trying to work it out with him and it didn't happen."
She then went on to tell followers that she had been sent messages relating to some of the rumours that had been circulating about Harry.
"There were a lot of rumours that came up that turned out to be true and I was getting sent a lot of screenshots and messages.
"I didn't want to believe it because how could you have a wedding ring folder with someone and how could you propose to someone but you're also saying 'I can't be with you because of the distance'? It makes me feel like I was being played."
A few hours later, Harry posted a picture of himself to his Instagram Stories saying, "Love you all Will be 100% open & honest with everything tomorrow [sic]".
A few hours later, he posted a story talking through the situation, saying, "Sucks to see this turn into a reason to publicly beat down on someone, relationships don't always workout [sic]. It doesn't feel right to be made a joke of especially to someone that you've loved."
If the last 12 hours is anything to go by, this is just the beginning of this break up...
