Ticketmaster is grilled by US senate over Taylor Swift concert failure

Reuters reports that on Jan. 24, senators questioned Live Nation Entertainment over its inability to properly sell tickets for Taylor Swift's 'Eras' tour. Ticketmaster's monopoly over ticket services was also scrutininzed. Reuters reports that the company holds over 70% market share when it comes to ticket services for U.S. concert venues.
