Thandiwe Newton and 16-year-old daughter Nico Parker recently attended the premiere of their latest film, Reminiscence and had a major twinning moment on the red carpet.

The 48-year-old Hollywood star — previously known as Thandie Newton — and her teenage actress daughter walked hand-in-hand at the LA premiere, and the family resemblance was uncanny between the pair.

Both mother and daughter were the picture of elegance in dresses by designer Versace. Thandiwe opted for a yellow, embellished dress with an off-shoulder design and fringe detailing. Meanwhile, Thandiwe's daughter Nico, wore a statement-design frock with matching tights.
