Tessa Virtue is channeling her Olympian roots.

On Tuesday, the 33-year-old Canadian figure skater took to Instagram to share a video of herself diving into a pool while vacationing in Tuscany.

"Sound on," she captioned the clip for her more than 430,000 followers.

The former ice dancer's photo was met with praise from fans who thought she had "excellent form."

"10/10 dive," one Instagram user replied to the post, while another added, "Toe point is on point."

"Tens across the board," someone else penned.

"Diving and thriving! Love this for you!" another wrote.

One person chimed in: "Summer Olympics here you come!"

"The view. The form," another fan commented.

Another commenter shared: "Perfect dive," paired with a flame emoji.

"An Olympic diving career is on the cards for sure," someone added.

Back in June 2021, the athlete from London, Ont. opened up about her new career path now that she's officially retired from professional skating.

"I started my executive MBA at Smith School of Business, which has been an incredible challenge, one that I’d been longing to do for quite some time," she told The Kit. "And I’ve also started a corporate job, which has been both terrifying and really exhilarating. It’s been great to dive in and get that actual work experience that I’ve been lacking.”

Virtue explained that while many of the skills she acquired as an athlete were transferable, there's still a lot to learn.

"I was slow to come to see that or accept it because I sort of felt like I needed to totally redefine myself," she said. "I realized there was a huge skill-set and so much knowledge that I needed to acquire in order to be successful beyond skating."
