Tess Daly has shared an inspiring message with fans, reminding them that life is about "being present in the moment."

The Strictly co-presenter shared a picture on Instagram of her relaxing in the garden, telling fans that it's "rare to just sit and chill on a week day." She said: "I’m usually running at 100 miles an hour (aren’t we all) but just grabbing five selfish minutes of ‘me time’ before tackling the to-do list," which includes buying a birthday gift for her husband, Vernon Kay.

Tess encouraged fans to do the same by living in the moment and enjoying the sunshine. "BEING rather than DOING," she encouraged. "It feels so good; like a little mindful, wellness-boosting gift to myself! So just wanted to recommend grabbing five minutes of vitamin D if you can."

We also loved Tess' garden look. The star wore large sunglasses and a loungewear jacket from Reiss that is currently on sale for £80. We think it's the perfect look for summer relaxation sessions.

With a combination of her motivational words and such a stylish look, we're feeling seriously inspired by Tess today.
