In a 40 minute YouTube video, she reads from a statement which she said had been approved by her legal team.
"I wanted to clear up a few reasons why I felt I couldn't be online the last couple of months," she began. "I want to speak as much of my truth as I'm legally permitted to do."
Explaining that she had "lost" over a year of her life "terrified"of social media and "speaking up against the people that used, coerced and manipulated" her, she first gave a public apology to James Charles.
She then revealed that back in December 2019, 7 months after her video, James came to her home and they, "compared DMs, texts and stories" about what had really happened behind the scenes and in the months leading up to her expose video.
"We apologised to each other, forgave each other and agreed to wait patiently until it was safe to share my story," she said.
Tati also went on to say that James had "repeatedly" said he wanted to film this video with her, but she felt it was important to do it by herself as James deserved a proper apology.
Throughout the video, Tati breaks down on several occasions and explains that although she had grown frustrated with James "progressing sense of entitlement", she was not overly concerned about his behaviour until she met Shane Dawson.
"I made the video because of all the poisonous lies that were fed to me by Shane Dawson and Jeffree Star," she claimed.
"Yes, I'm a grown woman, I'm smart, I can usually spot deceit and manipulation a mile away, but my guard was down from being heartbroken and I allowed myself to be worked by Shane, Jeffree and others."
Breaking down again, Tati said allowing herself to be "gaslit" into making the video was one of the biggest regrets of her life.
She alleges that Shane called James a "monster" with "many victims", who he was planning on interviewing for his documentary series with Jeffree.
Despite Shane denying that he had any involvement in the video, Tati claims that he not only offered to help edit it, but that he also offered to design the thumbnail and help title it.
Not only that, but she also alleges the night before posting she became concerned for James safety, as he was out of the country "on the high floor of a hotel" and texted Shane her worries.
Shane apparently assured her that James was a "narcissist" and "would never do that". Despite her concerns that James may take his own life, Tati still posted the video.
Speaking about Jeffree Star, Tati compared being friends with him to "being friends with a lion".
She explained that she thought it was her responsibility to help Jeffree become a better person, claiming that he regularly bragged about "how much dirt" he had on brand owners and other members of the YouTube beauty community.
"I believe that he held blackmail material on many people and was capable of destroying the entire community," she claimed.
Speculating on Jeffree's reaction to her video, Tati said, "He's going to go off and I think we need to be prepared to forgive the people he is holding hostage with veiled threats of exposure, otherwise this won't stop."
In fact Tati alleges that she was so scared that she "knew too much" about Shane and Jeffree that she put all her text messages and files onto a hard drive and gave the information to her lawyers, saying she was "afraid for my life".
"I've been terrified for a very long time. So much so that I had to relocate again a few months ago and I've taken serious security precautions to ensure my safety," she claimed.
Explaining that on the advice of her attorney she can't share the evidence she has accumulated, Tati warned, "Pieces of what we believe actually happened are coming together. Make no mistake this is far from over."
Speculating their reasons for this alleged behaviour, Tati added, "My opinion is that Shane and Jeffree were bitterly jealous of James Charles' success and needed James marginalised for the launch of their palette."
Tati finished her video with an ominous warning, "For everyone else whose hands are dirty and have not yet come forward, be careful of your allegiances, you don't want to be on the wrong side of the truth"
Jeffree has not yet publicly responded to Tati's allegations, but Shane went live on Instagram whilst watching her video, claiming that Tati was "manipulative" and "fake crying", calling the situation "insane".
Aren't you glad you never set up that YouTube channel now?
