Tasha Ghouri's sweet glimpse inside Strictly rehearsals ahead of first live show
Tasha Ghouri has given fans a peek inside her Strictly Come Dancing rehearsals as she prepares to make her debut on the BBC dance floor. On Saturday, 14 September’s episode of the show, it was revealed that she would be dancing alongside pro Aljaz Skorjanec this series.
Following the exciting announcement, 26 year old Tasha has given a glimpse inside her Strictly journey and has provided plenty of behind the scenes content. In an Instagram post uploaded on Sunday, 15 September, the TV personality shared a selection of snaps from her time in training alongside Aljaz as well as her fellow celebrity contestants.
In one of the snaps, Tasha looked sensational as she sported a baby blue dress which she wore for her official Strictly Come Dancing photos. The stunning gown featured a rhinestone bodice and a feathered skirt, with Tasha accessorising the look with a blue bow in her hair as well as a matching skin for her cochlear implant.

Meanwhile in another one of the photos, she and dancing partner Aljaz beamed from ear to ear as they posed for a selfie in rehearsals. As they smiled for the camera, the famous Strictly stairs could be seen behind them.
It’s clear from the carousel post that Tasha is soaking up every minute of the Strictly Come Dancing experience and she was joined by fellow contestants including Pete Wicks and Gladiators’ Montell Douglas in some of the photos.
Captioning the heartwarming post, the Love Islander wrote: “A strictly dump of the past few weeks!! What a ball it’s been so far with everyone and I’m loving every minute of rehearsals with @aljazskorjanec, not long until the 1st live show #teamaljtash”.
In response to the upload, Tasha’s followers headed to the comments section to show their support for the TV star. “Will your implant always match your outfit? Because if so, I’m obsessed, huge slay,” wrote one.
“Already obsessed with this partnership, your happiness is everything you’re going to smash this and I can’t wait to watch you shine every week team aljtash for the win,” another commented. “Aww good luck, we watched you on Love Island and thought you were so lovely and you will be just as fabulous on Strictly! Enjoy the experience,” another added.
Tasha’s update comes after the latest series of Strictly Come Dancing launched on our screens, with fans predicting that it “could be the best series” yet. As well as Tasha, celebrity contestants this year include comedian Chris McCausland, TV presenter Nick Knowles and JLS star JB Gill.
