Depressing study shows that women who wear heavy makeup are taken less seriously as leaders

Researchers at Abertay University in Dundee, Esther James and Shauny Jenkins, discovered a correlation between the amount of makeup a woman wears and a colleague’s perception of her leadership ability. Findings indicate that both men and women viewed the women wearing more makeup in a negative light therefore believe she would be a poor leader in the workplace.
