Today marks the 43rd birthday of one of Britain’s greatest exports: the inimitable Kate Moss. The supermodel has spent over 25 years in the fashion industry celebrating many highs (and a few major lows). Since being scouted at the age of 14, Kate developed close relationships with the enfant terribles of the fashion world including Alexander McQueen and John Galliano. She reigned in the nineties and is still the queen of the industry to this very day, appearing on numerous Vogue covers and campaigns.
Lets face it, sometimes we can get ourselves in a bit of a rut when it comes to our winter wardrobe. When all we want to do is wear as many layers as possible, our inner fashionista often struggles. So, it’s time to shake off the frumpy cycle and get some fresh inspiration. Kate Moss, Victoria Beckham and Alexa Chung are just a few of the stylish ladies who know how to beat the cold and look très chic all at the same time.
Being a model might mean you’re manhandled into uncomfortable clothes and are forced to stand still for long periods of time, but it also means you rake in a sweet amount of cash - as this year’s top 10 top earning models prove. While Gisele Bündchen is still at the number one spot (she’s been there for over a decade now), Kendall Jenner isn’t far behind - and neither is Taylor Swift’s close pal Karlie Kloss. So, how much exactly do they all earn?
It’s one of the hottest annual events on the celeb calendar, held at one of London’s most prestigious art galleries, so it made sense that a huge wealth of famous faces were at the Serpentine Summer Party last night. Top models, including Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell and Erin O’Connor were spotted sipping on champers; actresses Sienna Miller, Thandie Newton, Maisie Williams and Emilia Fox looked as on point as ever and Dame Shirley Bassey and Ellie Goulding were repping the singers of the world. Above, all the A-list stars in attendance.
Kate Moss was the DJ, and Sophie Turner (aka Sansa Stark) was among the star-studded guest list, as the fanciful Italian fashion house Miu Miu presented its 2017 resort collection for haute couture week in Paris.
Last night, some of the world’s most famous fashion designers, models and singers took to London’s Victoria & Albert Museum for an evening of schmoozing, champagne and celebrity spotting. Kate Moss rocked up in a stunning vintage frock, Kylie Minogue added a splash of sunshine to the proceedings in a bright yellow gown and Joan Collins showed off her sartorial prowess in a floral number. Fashion’s finest congregated in London’s Kensington Gardens last night for a star-studded bash to celebrate Vogue’s 100th birthday. Kim Kardashian showed some skin in a semi-sheer number, Lara Stone rocked the underboob trend and Demi Moore opted for a plunging number. Other celebs in attendance included Alexa Chung (who, once again, took home the best dressed accolade thanks to a stunning strapless gold frock), “Peaky Blinders” star Helen McCrory, Kate Moss, Claudia Schiffer and the legendary Joan Collins. Fashion and Politics have one thing in common and that’s inspiring to create change, one of the main issues being the environmental impact of the fashion industry. Apart from giving me my first insight into the industry, Katharine Hamnett gave Photographer Juergen Teller his first job and Kate Moss her commercial break into the modelling industry including veterans Naomi Campbell, Angela Lindvall and Mila Jojovich have all graced the editorial campaigns and catwalk for the iconic British Designer.
The May 2016 issue of Vogue U.K. marks Kate Moss’s 73rd appearance on the cover of the renowned publication. It’s hard to pick favorites — but we did just that.

The 18-year-old Brit is actually Kate Moss’ half sister – Peter Edward Moss is dad to both – and she’s about to take over the fashion world. Junior Moss made her first major debut on the fashion scene back in 2014, in an editorial for Dazed & Confused followed by a fashion campaign for a Calvin Klein Jeans capsule collection. Last year, she walked her first runway for the Sonia Rykiel fall/winter presentation in Paris.
