    We often turn to the A-list pack in search of sartorial inspiration whether it’s a red carpet ensemble that’s made our Pinterest board or a street style pap shot that’s inspired our latest shopping list. Yet although armed with a celebrity stylist and wardrobe team, Hollywood’s biggest names don’t always hit the right fashion notes. This year, the near-naked trend reigned the headlines and although a major talking point, the likes of Bella Hadid and Rita Ora failed to make some of our best dressed lists as a consequence. 2018 has also been a time of experimentation for a bunch of celebrities with Amber Heard trialling a couture swimming cap on the red carpet to Lady Gaga making Shakespearean ruffles a thing.
