Run Out Of Flour? No Problem, Because These Two-Ingredient Cookies Don’t Need It

Remember when it was a little tricky to get hold of flour in the supermarkets a while back? Everyone in the UK seemed to take up baking in those early months of Lockdown Part I, which was great, but it did mean that baking ingredients were a little harder to get hold of.

With that in mind, Andrea Soranidis, also known as The Petite Cook, came up with this genius recipe for cookies that only uses two ingredients, and neither of them are flour. An although flour is easily available now, we're still finding ourselves making this delicious cookies.

So, we guess you want to know what you’ll need to make these clever cookies, right?

Well here you go… almond flour and bananas.

But, if you’re feeling super-fancy, and happen to have some chocolate in your store-cupboard, Andrea suggests melting it and drizzling in top of your cookies once they’re cooked and have cooled down completely.
