Suri Cruise Is Katie Holmes’s Twin During Latest NYC Outing
Katie Holmes just stepped out alongside her mini-me slash daughter, Suri Cruise (14), and we’re getting major Joey Potter from Dawson’s Creek vibes.
Yesterday, the mother-daughter duo was spotted out in New York City wearing nearly identical outfits. While Holmes donned a casual white T-shirt, Cruise wore a sleeved version that featured ruffle details. They both opted for black trouser pants and white sneakers, along with coordinating face masks.
It’s unclear exactly why Holmes and Cruise were standing on the streets of SoHo. However, the 41-year-old actress was later seen riding bikes with her new boyfriend, Emilio Vitolo. Perhaps Cruise stopped by for a quick mother-daughter chat before embarking on a solo adventure, while Holmes rode off into the sunset (literally) with the NYC chef.
This isn’t the first time we’ve seen Holmes during this time of social distancing. Not only has she been photographed (on multiple occasions) with her new boyfriend, but she also posted a rare throwback pic of herself as a child.
During a recent interview with InStyle, Holmes shared rare details about her relationship with Suri. “I love her so much. My biggest goal has always been to nurture her into her individuality,” she said. “To make sure she is 100 percent herself and strong, confident and able. And to know it. She came out very strong—she’s always been a strong personality. She’ll pick an activity and work her butt off until she’s really good at it. Then she’s like, ‘OK, I’m going to try the next thing.’ She’s very focused and a hard worker.”
Like mother, like daughter.
