Suki Waterhouse's Emmy dress 'needed to be redesigned'
Suki Waterhouse had her Emmy dress redesigned to fit her growing baby bump.
The 32-year-old star is expecting her first child with Robert Pattinson, and Suki has revealed that designers had to "really redesign the dress" to flatter her current figure.
Suki - who wore a red, backless Valentino gown to the awards show in Los Angeles - told E! News: "I was really excited about this look. I tried it on a couple months ago but ... the fitting was just me holding it to my body.
"So, they had to really take it apart and had to redesign this dress to make it fit the bump. But it does and I'm really happy that it worked."
Suki announced her pregnancy back in November, when she performed at the Corona Capital Festival in Mexico.
The singer surprised her fans by sharing the news with them.
Suki - who was wearing a glittery pink mini-dress and a feathery coat at the time - said: "I'm extra sparkly today because I thought it might distract you from something else that's going on."
The actress then jokingly added: "I'm not sure if it's working!"
Suki and Robert have been together for more than five years, and an insider previously revealed that the loved-up couple felt "ready for a child".
Suki also feels "excited" by the challenge of motherhood.
The source told PEOPLE: "They are ready for a child, and looking forward to becoming parents. Even though they are both professionals who work a great deal, this is something they want.
"They know their lives will change, and they are excited."
