Strictly's JB Gill shows true feelings to Pete Wicks after 'challenging' admission
JB Gill has shared his true feelings about Strictly rival Pete Wicks and confessed that he has "gone through challenges as well".
The JLS star, who is partnered up with professional dance partner Lauren Oakley on Strictly Come Dancing, is one of the last remaining celebrities on the iconic BBC dance competition as it gears up for the semi-final next week.
In the latest episode (the quarter final on November 30), the pair scored a staggering 39 points out of 40, topping the leaderboard with a Viennese Waltz to 'Let’s Go Fly A Kite' from Mary Poppins as part of the show's Musicals special.

However, as the contest slowly approaches the final, the singer faces tough competition from his fellow Strictly hopefuls, including one particular reality TV star, reports the Sun.
JB said: "Winning Strictly would really be the icing on the cake. We've worked incredibly hard and we've gone through challenges as well."
If JB stands a chance of securing the Glitterball trophy, he will need to beat the much-loved Chris McCausland, who is the bookies' favourite to land the top prize.
Another rival comes in the form of The Only Way is Essex star Pete Wicks, who often secures a position at the bottom of the leaderboard but has so far managed to avoid the dance-off.
JB said: "This show is all about someone like him, who doesn't have dance experience at all, who comes and learns something and you really see a genuine improvement week on week, so more power to him."
In the quarter final, Strictly judge Shirley Ballas, who was dressed up as the Matilda character Miss Trunchbull, heaped praise on JB and Lauren's performance, dubbing it "immaculate".
She said: "An iconic performance, immaculate - the night belongs to you." Meanwhile, Craig Revel Horwood also offered words of praise, saying it was the "best dance of this evening".
Fellow judge Anton Du Beke reminisced about dancing to the same "number" with Judy Murray before reiterating Craig's sentiments that it was the "best" of the night and saying that it was "practically perfect".
Strictly fans on social media were similarly impressed, with @littlelady2004 saying: "Let's go fly away with JB & Lauren! Practically perfect xx #Strictly #StrictlyComeDancing @bbcstrictly."
In addition, @sequinnedsheep commented: "JB and Lauren's dance was practically perfect in every way! I absolutely loved it!!! #strictly."
