Giovanni Pernice, the 33 year old Italian dancer who reportedly left Strictly Come Dancing, has jetted off on holiday with his stunning girlfriend Molly Brown. He recently broke his social media silence with a sweet comment on his girlfriend Molly Brown's Instagram post, amid reports of a BBC "investigation" his behaviour on the show.

Molly, a 25 year old model, posted a series of holiday snaps featuring the couple on her Instagram account. Giovanni responded with a string of emojis, including a heart, a flame, and heart-eyes, to which Molly replied with love heart emojis.

The photos showed the couple posing in swimwear on a scenic balcony, driving a convertible with the top down, and savouring a platter of mouth-watering food.

The pair seem to be staying in a spacious villa boasting stunning views of a marina. Molly also shared a video showcasing the breathtaking sea view from one of the rooms.

These pictures surfaced after Giovanni's celebrity partner from last year's series, Amanda Abbington, made allegations about his behaviour behind-the-scenes. Following these claims, Giovanni has reportedly "quit" Strictly Come Dancing and is currently under "investigation" by the BBC, reports the Express.

However, both Giovanni and Strictly Come Dancing have yet to confirm his departure from the show.

Addressing the matter on Instagram last weekend, he posted: "You will be as surprised as I am that allegations have been made about my dance teaching methods in the media this week. Of course, I reject any suggestion of abusive or threatening behaviour, and I look forward to clearing my name.

"Those who have followed my journey on Strictly Come Dancing over the last decade will know that I am passionate and competitive. No-one is more ambitious for my dance partners than me.

"I have always strived to help them be the very best dancers they can be. This has always come from a place of love and wanting to win - for me and my dance partners. Thank you all once again for your continued love and support!"
