Forget the energetic routines of Musicals week, Strictly Come Dancing fans were arguably more impressed by Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman’s glittering ensembles.
The popular hosts opted for shimmering dresses to present the eleventh week of the hit BBC series.
Tess, 50, chose a stunning long-sleeved, rainbow-hued minidress for the quarter-final, while Claudia, 47, turned heads in a silver sequin fringed tunic-style midi.
Posting on Instagram, the former described her look as a “technicolour dream dress” while her co-star joked to her own followers that her frock resembled a “car wash”.

Those watching at home rushed online to share their love for the presenters’ ensembles, which are in the sale.
Commenting on mum-of-two Tess’ outfit, one person wrote: “What a dress Tess!”
Another added: “Beautiful dress.”
A third shared: “Sensational dress.”

Similarly, mum-of-three Claudia’s fans had also been won-over by her statement frock that’s perfect for Christmas party season.
Writing on her post, one person noted: “So sparkly and swishy!”
Another simply wrote: “OMG!!! That dress!!!”
Many people also asked where her dress was from, with one writing: “Where is your dress from? It’s beautiful!”

The dress Tess wore yesterday evening is by Biba at House of Fraser lowered from £210 to £150. Proving Tess’ sartorial selling power, it’s already sold out.
Meanwhile, Claudia’s dress is ASOS Edition and has been reduced in the sale from £180 to £144.
The sparkly number is described as having a round neck, long sleeves and layered fringing.
It also comes with a zip-back fastening and kick split.

Tess and Claudia’s accessories were also on point for the glamorous show.
The former accessorised her colourful dress with Sophia Webster shoes, beautiful earrings from David M Robinson and rings by Lark & Berry.
Meanwhile, Claudia paired her statement outfit with a pair of red pumps and her signature winged eyeliner.

According to Hello!, Tess is styled by James Yardley, while Claudia turns to Sinead McKeefry for fashion advice.
In order to ensure their looks complement - rather than clash - both stylists have to work closely together.
"James and I confer and the girls are great,’ explained Sinead to the magazine.
“If they both maybe want to wear something similar, they are both the first to say ‘no, you wear it I’ll wear something else...’ which is a credit to them. We don’t do drama."
