Strictly Come Dancing's Nikita Kuzmin shares rare romance update as he says 'I'm lucky'
Strictly Come Dancing star Nikita Kuzmin had nothing but praise when speaking about his girlfriend Lauren Jaine. The BBC star appeared on Friday's Loose Women to touch on his tour, however, the topic quickly changed to romance.
With Valentine's Day fast approaching, the ITV ladies asked what his plans were. He replied: "I'm not sure how much of a surprise it would be if I said it on national television! But, definitely something; I am a romantic guy. I just love to organise surprises."
Admitting he tries to give his partner flowers once a week, the audience made a noise of approval as he joked everyone can get a bouquet. He added: "I don't want to jinx anything, saying things are going well because they are.
"I love Lauren so, so much and I'm really happy. I can support her in her own career and she can support me in mine, very lucky. I feel very lucky."

Nikita and Lauren, who is a model, tend to keep their romance quite private although sometimes share glimpses on social media. It's reported they first got together in the summer of 2023, before making it public in October the same year.
Elsewhere in the show, he spoke about his first tour outside of Strictly. He said: "It's so, so exciting. I genuinely cannot comprehend the fact that this is actually happening.
"I cannot comprehend the fact that more than my mum is coming to see me. Actual real people are coming to see me!
"It's just a dream come true. I've always dreamed of it, and it's been four years in the making. It's finally happening, we have the most beautiful story."
Highlighting how excited he is, he told the panel the tour will be 'magic'. However, admitted he is a 'control freak' Nikita admitted he's trying to be across all different departments for his tour.
From costumes, staging and music, Nikita confessed he wants the show to be extraordinary. He added: "The thing is, I feel like if people come to see my tour, if people give their hard-earned money and they give me two hours of their time, I want the costumes to be something they've never seen before.
"I want the show to be the best thing they've ever seen. That's also the power of the theatre. It's the only way to communicate today, especially with the movies. It's the only place you can hold the audience for two hours, and there is no phone in sight.
"It's just you and this beautiful interaction like we're having right now. I think it's so powerful. I feel like I need to give the audience back everything they deserve.
