Congratulations are in order as Strictly Come Dancing professional Karen Hauer tied the knot with Jordan Wyn-Jones during an intimate ceremony in Hampshire on Tuesday (7 June).

While speaking to HELLO! about the wedding ceremony at Chewton Glen, Karen said it felt "like a fairytale day" and was "so special to bring [their] families and friends together".

The dancer went on to share that it was even more special because she hadn't seen them for two years prior due to the pandemic.

"I haven't seen my family for the last two years so it’s really touching to bring them here and be able to share this amazing moment with them," she said.

Karen's fellow Strictly co-stars Janette Manrara, and Luba Mushtuk were among those in attendance.

This is Karen's third marriage, having been married to two fellow dancers in the past; her first husband was Matthew Hauer and she later tied the knot with her Strictly co-star Kevin Clifton, who she divorced in 2018.

During an appearance on Loose Women last year, Karen made it clear that she's not planning on dating within her professional field ever again.

"No dancers, goodnight, bye! No more dancers," she told the presenters. "I hope they don't dance, none of them."

The 40-year-old certainly kept true to that promise, since her new husband Jordan is a fitness professional from Australia.

He announced their relationship last year on Instagram, captioning a picture of the couple: "32 years… definitely worth all that life could throw at me so that I could have you in my arms. How can a donut like me get so lucky to have met my person. Can’t wait to have you home."

Strictly Come Dancing airs on BBC One.
