Fern Britton might have been knocked out of Strictly Come Dancing a few weeks ago.

But the former This Morning host is still showing off the fruits of that gruelling dancing regime.

The TV host has posed for a glamorous new magazine shoot to reveal her weight loss, flaunting her enviable curves in a fashion-forward printed bodycon.

And Fern, who pulls a wry smile for the camera in one shot, believes her time on the Strictly dancefloor showed viewers what she's really like.

“You all think I’m Mumsy Mumsy but I’m not," she told Hello! magazine.

“That’s the real me. I know how to have a good time, I like to be extrovert and I don’t mind making a fool of myself.”

The 55-year-old said she received dozens of messages of support while she was on the show.

“I comfort myself with the feeling that the audience know me and that I’m prepared to have a go at things," she explained.

“I don’t think they’re ever shocked by anything that happens to me. I got such lovely messages saying, ‘Go girl!”

“At the end, even Artem said, ‘You’ve made me a better person,’ and gave me a big bunch of flowers.”
