Steelers LB Marcus Allen surprises mother with new car for Christmas

Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Marcus Allen couldn’t be with his family in person, but he made sure it was a Christmas to remember.

The third-year player surprised his mother with keys to a new car, and her reaction was amazing.

Currently playing on a two-year, $1.2 million contract, Allen is in his third season with the Steelers after being selected in the fifth round of the 2018 draft.

Even before Christmas, it has been a season to remember for Allen. He is currently seeing his first action as a starter this year after a move from safety to linebacker and has racked up 23 tackles so far. Plenty more gifts could be on the way if he sticks as a starter.
