From 10 January to 6 February, gather for a decadent Lunar New Year Six-Course Set Dinner Menu (S$398++ for 2 pax) at CÉ LA VI Restaurant, 57 storeys above ground, as you gaze at the stunning skyline of Singapore.
Serving an array of contemporary Asian cuisine, the special six-course dinner is catered for two pax and is filled with auspicious wishes for a successful 2022. Prosperity Yu Sheng (S$48++ for two pax and S$88++ for four pax) will also be available as an a la carte option from 10 January to 6 February, with an advance order of three days.

The brand has lined up an ensemble of auspicious feasts from 17 January to 15 February 2021, with pre-orders and reservations for set meals opening as early as 20 December 2021 to prepare well ahead.
Three special festive sets await to usher in auspiciousness this year – Joyous, Prosperity and Fortune – curated for groups of four, six or eight. They all come with Fortune Abalone Yu Sheng 鸿运鲍鱼捞生 and, depending on the set as well as the number of pax, feature Chinese New Year staples. Each set is headlined by the signature White Beehoon 白米粉 with festive deluxe additions that range from Pacific Clams and Abalone to Premium Seafood.
From 1 January to 15 February 2022, Yàn rings in the Year of the Tiger with specially curated a la carte dishes, five sumptuous set menus (from S$138++ to S$268++ per person) offering six to seven courses featuring premium meats and seafood, and an eight-course vegetarian set menu (S$88++ per person). Exclusively for dine-in only is Yàn’s signature savoury Abalone & Salmon with Gold Foil Lo Hei in ‘Shun De’ Style (from S$92++), featuring a mountain of crispy vermicelli decorated with a vibrant garland of vegetables and fresh slices of salmon and braised abalone for a year of abundance.
The signature Harvest Pen Cai (from S$325), also available for takeaway, heralds the new year with an array of 18 auspicious delicacies such as 6-head abalone, sea cucumber, prawns, whole conpoy, and collagen-rich pork tendons.
Yàn’s takeaway offers include sumptuous sets, classic yusheng selections, and Cantonese-style barbecue delights.
