THE METHOD

You might be the first into work, but your window for protein is closing. Grab a bowl, crack in the egg, then whisk in the remaining ingredients with a fork until smooth. You’re almost done, believe it or not.

2-3min
Now take a small plate, pour the mix on ½cm thick and spread evenly into a circle by tipping the plate. Careful, now. Scraping batter off the work surfaces wastes valuable minutes.
