Stacey Solomon shares sweet family photo saying she feels "superhuman"
Stacey Solomon shared a series of sweet family photos with her three youngest children, Rex, Rose and Belle, alongside a very honest post other mums will relate to.
The mum-of-five took to Instagram yesterday (13 March) to share the photo of herself smiling as she breastfed Belle, one month, while Rex, three, rested on her knee and Rose, one, hugged her round her shoulders.
Loose Women panellist Stacey revealed she was proud of herself after feeling she "smashed it" that day after feeling she was "failing".
"Feeling like I smashed it today," she wrote. "Don’t mind if I sound big headed but I felt like a superhuman today 🥹🙌 For some reason lately I’ve found it easy to tell myself that I’m failing or doing a rubbish job & I never tell myself how well im doing. Three 3 & under & two teenagers is wonderful but it’s not easy."
In a post that will resonate with most mums trying to juggle everything, Stacey detailed how husband Joe Swash had done a night feed allowing her to get some sleep before he headed to work in the morning. She then did the school run before taking her youngest three to rhyme time at the local library, spending time outdoors, coming home for a "playdough shops" activity before cooking dinner and taking Rex for his swimming lesson. No wonder Stacey feels superhuman!
Her followers were quick to praise her for how well she's doing, sharing their own feelings about parenthood struggles.
And fellow Sort Your Life Out star Robert Bent also showed his support, saying, "You are a prime example of a super mum, super woman with a super big heart. Thats why your loved by the nation and all of us on the team. YOUR A REAL HARD WORKING WOMAN. You go through the tough times and try and keep that smile on your face while caring and putting everyone else first. Keep being the authentic you. Its why we love you. ❤️"
Stacey signed off with a sweet message for her 5.6 million followers, saying, "Just a little reminder that you’re doing amazing, even when you feel like you’re not. You’re so incredible don’t forget to tell yourself that sometimes."
