Stacey Solomon is feeling "so grateful" after announcing she's expecting another baby with Joe Swash.
The 31-year-old shared the happy news on her Instagram Stories, and candidly detailed her pregnancy journey in a series of photos and videos on Wednesday.
The Loose Women co-host first teased the baby news as she apologised for being absent from social media.
"Sorry I've been so quiet... but we have something we are excited to share with you... I feel so nervous for so many reasons..." she wrote.
Stacey is already mum to 13-year-old Zachary, who she shares with her ex Dean Cox, Leighton, nine, with ex-fiancé Aaron Barnham, and two-year-old son Rex, who shares with Joe, while the actor has a 13-year-old son named Harry from a previous relationship.
She said she and the former EastEnders star had been trying to add another "pickle" to their brood, and posted images of a negative pregnancy test and a medical form, which revealed that Stacey had previously suffered a devastating miscarriage.
"For a really long time we've been trying for another pickle... It didn't work out and this was our news quite a few times... We decided we were so lucky already to have our boys," she wrote, noting that she and Joe had stopped trying.
The former X Factor star put pregnancy out of her mind, until she began to feel under the weather, and decided to get herself checked out.
"For a while now I've felt so yuck and even though I thought about what it felt like I didn't even want to go and check at first because well, just because, you know (I don't even like to write it)," Stacey added. "But yesterday we went to check what was going on... And we were so grateful to hear an extra heartbeat my tummy... We honestly couldn't believe it!"
Stacey hasn't revealed her due date or the gender of the baby.
The couple is due to wed at the end of July.
