South Park viewers 'rolling' around laughing as comedy takes aim at Harry and Meghan

The episode featured a Canadian prince and his wife who were looking for privacy in a small town

South Park fans said they were "rolling" around with laughter after the cartoon appeared to take aim at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

A recent episode of the irreverent comedy focused on "the prince of Canada and his wife".

Entitled The Worldwide Privacy Tour, it followed the red-headed royal and his wife as they tried "to find privacy and seclusion in a small mountain town".

In one scene, the character Kyle was heard ranting: "It seriously is driving me crazy.

"I'm sick of hearing about them. But I can't get away from them, they're everywhere. In my f****** face."

The Canadian prince promoted a book called Waaagh, a nod to the Prince's controversial memoir, Spare.

And he and his wife went on a talk show holding signs saying how much they wanted their privacy.

Viewers were convinced the programme was actually poking fun at Harry and Meghan, who left the UK for a new life in the US.

And most seemed to think it was "hilarious".

"Oh this is pure gold." one person posted on Twitter, while another agreed: "Ha ha ha!! South Park have done it again!!"

"I can't stop laughing this is brilliant," another tweeted.

"Oh MY goodness!" posted somebody else.

"I have never heard of this show till now but THIS is hilarious!"
