Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas reportedly welcome a baby girl
Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas are officially parents.
The Game of Thrones star has reportedly given birth to a baby girl named Willa, reported TMZ. Per the outlet, Turner gave birth last Wednesday at a hospital in Los Angeles.
Although neither Turner nor Jonas has publicly confirmed the baby news, a source told Entertainment Tonight that the couple are beyond excited.
"Joe and Sophie welcomed a baby girl last Wednesday in LA and are over the moon," the source said. "The couple is already obsessed and can't stop gloating about their new addition. The couple is taking time to enjoy this special moment and have only shared the news and updates with family and friends. With the pandemic Joe and Sophie have been very cautious about who is around them and their little girl."
Remaining tight-lipped with the media has been the couple's MO for the duration of Turner's pregnancy. But that doesn't mean we haven't caught glimpses of her growing belly. The pair were often spotted out and about in recent months, whether for walks, family picnics, or safely participating in Black Lives Matter protests in California.
News that the couple were expecting first broke back in February, and though neither star commented then on the pregnancy, sources close to the couple provided insight into their excitement for starting a family.
"Having children and starting a family was part of Joe and Sophie's plan. They've always known they've wanted kids," a source previously told Us Weekly.
Turner and Jonas will be the second couple within the JoBros to welcome children. Joe's older brother, Kevin Jonas, and his wife, Danielle Jonas, are proud parents to two daughters, Alena and Valentina Jonas. Nick Jonas and his wife, Priyanka Chopra, do not have children yet but have expressed hopes to start a family.
