Sophie Tuner has shared a video of Elizabeth Olsen discussing the invaluable advice she's received from family, notably from her twin sisters Elizabeth and Ashley Olsen.

The Game Of Thrones actor took to Instagram Stories on Wednesday to share a short clip of the younger sister of The Row designers during an interview for theoffcamerashow YouTube series in January.

The clip shows the interviewer enquiring about whether the Wandavision star has 'a mantra or a rule' that she's learnt from her family which affects the way she conducts herself and her business.

'I think there are two things, something my sister's always say which might have come from my father at one point... that "no" is a full sentence. You can just say "no",' Olsen replies.

The Marvel actor continues, stating: 'I really like that, especially as a women, I just really like that in all aspects of life.'

Turner captioned the video on her Stories 'I love this', which suggests she's a big fan not only of the actor but also her life advice.

During an interview with SiriusXM's The Jess Cagle Show earlier this year, Olsen also spoken about her experience growing up with her famous sisters, noting: 'For me at least, I always looked up to my older sister and whatever she was listening to I had to listen to, whatever she was doing I had to do etc.

'Everything my sisters have ever worn in my entire life I have wanted to wear still as an adult today. I want their coats. I want their shoes. I want their dresses. And that is something that I never grew out of.'

The actors are also siblings to Taylor, Trent and Jake Olsen.

When it comes to speaking out on the power of women's words, Turner frequently shares advice of her own in her unofficial social media series titled 'And that's the tea'.

Last December, Turner expertly shutdown anti-mask wearers in a clip shared to her Instagram Stories during which the 24-year-old delivered a direct message for people who choose to forgo face masks or coverings amid the ongoing global Coronavirus health pandemic.

In the video the star reclines on a cosy sofa, with a black water bottle in hand and says: 'If I can wear a mask while I give birth, you can wear a mask at Walmart.' The star gave birth to her first child, a daughter, with her husband Joe Jonas last July.

She concludes the message with the popular catchphrase (originally used frequently in Black American communities): 'And that’s the tea.'
