Simon Cowell is a proud dad as he cuddles mini-me son Eric, 10, on red carpet alongside fiancée Lauren Silverman
Simon Cowell looked every inch the proud dad as he watched the America's Got Talent quarterfinals alongside his lookalike son Eric and his fiancée Lauren Silverman. The family of three walked the red carpet at the Hotel Dena on Tuesday, 3 September ahead of the show itself.
In the snaps, doting dad Simon beamed as he was joined by his loved ones. The music mogul looked overjoyed as he posed for pictures and could be seen with a protective arm wrapped around Eric in one of the photos, while in another he gave two thumbs up to the camera.
For the occasion, the 64-year-old kept things classic as he opted for a charcoal grey T-shirt which he paired with some blue jeans and black shoes. Meanwhile, youngster Eric matched his dad’s outfit in a white T-shirt and jeans, though wore a pair of trendy black and white trainers.

Proud mum Lauren, 47, dazzled as she wore a black crop top and a pair of black fitted jeans. To finish off the look, she wore a chic leopard print jacket over her shoulders and some burgundy-coloured kitten heels.
The wholesome family outing comes after it was reported that ITV had made a huge shake-up to Britain’s Got Talent for the upcoming 2025 series. According to reports, the big changes to the show include the live semi-finals being shown on weekly Saturday nights, rather than being spread across just one week.
The show will allegedly launch in February, as opposed to April. It will also reportedly be on our screens for four months, rather than two. It was also previously reported that the show would head to Blackpool.
A source told The Sun: “Strictly’s annual jaunt to Blackpool is one of the show’s ‘special moments’ and is widely seen as a milestone for the contestants.
“But now that trip will be replicated by its ITV rival, there’s little doubt they’re trying to encroach on their territory. It’s yet another move to take on the dominance of Strictly on Saturday night telly.”
A BGT spokesperson told OK!: “Scheduling will be announced in due course.”
Earlier this year, fans saw singer Sydnie Christmas take home the title of this year’s Britain’s Got Talent winner after securing 27 per cent of the public vote. By winning the show, she took home a whopping £250,000 cash prize and also secured a slot to sing at the Royal Variety Performance later this year.
