Silentnight has launched a new wellbeing collection to help soothe the stresses of everyday life — and it couldn't have come at a better time.

Following research that three quarters of all Brits self-sabotage their sleep by indulging in bad bedtime habits, Silentnight wanted to provide a little help to those in need.

The range, which starts from £14.99, includes products designed to encourage restorative sleep, including weighted blankets (£69.99), cooling pillows (£14.99), lavender-infused pillows (£15.99), and a copper-infused pillow, too. While they all exist to promote more restful sleep, the copper pillow (£14.99) in particular aims to reduce skin imitations, acne flare ups and puffy eyes.

'It's interesting to see that while so many of us are looking to improve our sleep, the majority of us know that our pre-bed evening routines are impacting our ability to get a good night's rest,' says Hayley Chaytor, spokesperson at Silentnight.

'What's more, scientific research shows that better quality sleep has benefits for overall health and wellness, meaning sleeping well can make achieving other resolutions simpler too.'

Results from the research also found that 35 per cent of survey respondents are kept awake due to money worries, and 34 per cent struggle to sleep with the weight of family worries. With the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic affecting both our working and sleeping life, Silentnight hopes these products will provide an answer to those struggling.

You're just a few clicks away from a peaceful, undisturbed night...
