Shop Kate Middleton's St Patrick's Day outfit on the high street

From Red Online

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge stepped out for their annual St Patrick's Day appearance yesterday, visiting the 1st Battalion Irish Guards at their base, where they traditionally present officers and warrant officers with shamrocks, at the inaugural event.

The royal duo appeared in unusually high spirits, sporting big grins (mainly at each other) throughout the whole event, and generally seemed to have a lovely day all round.

Once again Kate hit the nail on the head when it came to her style choice; opting for a custom-made Alexander McQueen emerald green coat and her go-to Gianvito Rossi black Piper suede pumps. As per usual, the Duchess looked beautiful and weather-appropriate, and so we're left wondering... how can we get our hands on her coat, without the hefty price-tag?

Well we've done some scouring of the high street, and found this almost identical coat from John Lewis, PLUS, it's currently on sale, and with all sizes in stock, this will be sure to sell out fast!

And if you're feeling spendy, and want to complete the look, here are some some footwear alternatives from the same footwear brand as Kate's:
