Ozzy Osbourne catches COVID so wife Sharon returns to LA to care for him
Ozzy Osbourne has contracted COVID so his wife Sharon is flying home to the US to be with him.
Black Sabbath rocker Ozzy was diagnosed with the coronavirus overnight, and Sharon said she was “very worried” about him.
The TV star, 69, was due to present her new hour-long panel debate show The Talk, which airs from Monday to Friday on TalkTV, but has been forced to pull out.

“Ozzy was only diagnosed in the middle of the night our time,” she said.
“I spoke to him and he's OK. I am very worried about Ozzy right now.
“We've gone two years without him catching COVID and it's just Ozzy's luck it would be now.”
She has vowed to return as soon as possible and may even join The Talk by video link from Los Angeles in the coming days.
The TV star went on: “I can't believe my luck. I'm missing the show and I've only been there three days.
“I can't believe it. Three days and I'm missing the show but I will be back. I know I will.”
“It will take me a week to get my old man back on his feet again and I will be back,” she added.
Ozzy, 73, has had his share of health problems in recent years.
The chart star had to undergo surgery after hurting his neck and back in a fall at his LA home in 2019, which aggravated an old injury that he had sustained in a quad bike crash back in 2003.
And in 2020 he revealed that he had been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease.

Sharon tested positive for COVID back in December 2020, but Ozzy tested negative at the time so she isolated away from him.
Piers Morgan — Sharon's colleague on TalkTV — was among those to send a get well soon message.
He tweeted: "Very worrying time for Sharon and Ozzy, who has suffered a lot of serious health issues in past 2yrs.
