Several Arrests as Anti-Lockdown Protesters March in London

Protesters against the coronavirus lockdown marched through central London on November 28, in defiance of police warnings to stay away.

The Metropolitan Police had urged those thinking of joining the protests to stay at home. Deputy Assistant Commissioner Matt Twist said in a video released Friday, “If you are thinking about coming to London this weekend to protest, don’t.”

Footage shared on Twitter showed police making arrests.
