Serena Williams praises the Duchess of Cambridge
Serena Williams has shown her admiration towards the Duchess of Cambridge after the royal posed in front of the international press just hours after giving birth.
The tennis ace, who is stronger than most, said the royal was "one heck of a woman" for appearing in public so soon after having her third child. The Duchess serenely stood on the steps of the Lindo Wing holding her son with pristine hair and make-up; she even wore high heels.
Williams, who also recently became a mother, assumed that the Duchess had welcomed her latest family addition a few days before given how immaculate she looked.
"I was really busy, but I saw the baby, and Kate was dressed, and I was like, 'Oh, maybe she had him a couple days ago,'" Williams told Popsugar. "That's one heck of a woman! Let me tell you: I was not in heels [after I gave birth]. I thought she gave birth maybe two days before! Wow."
The Cambridges are still yet to name the baby prince, who was born on Monday 23 April.
