During her sit-down, tell-all interview with Oprah Winfrey, Meghan Markle and husband Prince Harry revealed that they are expecting a baby girl together this summer. Their daughter will be a younger sister to their son Archie, who at just one is already coming out with some super adorable one-liners.

While there's no doubt the new addition to the Sussex family will receive many 'welcome to the world' gifts from Meghan and Harry's loved ones, there's one extra special present that Meghan herself plans to pass on to her daughter in future: an expensive watch that she bought during her Suits days.

Back in 2015, while speaking with HELLO!, Meghan (then known only for her acting career, rather than anything royal-related) shared that when she heard the TV show was being picked up for a third season, she treated herself to a Cartier French Tank watch – something she'd long had her eye on.

"I've always coveted the Cartier French Tank watch," Meghan said. "When I found out Suits had been picked up for our third season – which, at the time, felt like such a milestone – I totally splurged and bought the two-tone version."

She also added that she had the special piece engraved with a little message, making it all the more personal. "I had it engraved on the back, 'To M.M. From M.M.' and I plan to give it to my daughter one day. That's what makes pieces special, the connection you have to them."

A beautiful all-silver stainless steel version of the Cartier French Tank currently retails for around £3,100 (good taste Meghan, tis a classic):

Whilst it's possibly not *quite* on the same level of decadence, little Archie recently received a rather thoughtful gift from his great-grandmother, the Queen, for Christmas – a waffle maker!

During an interview with friend James Corden, Harry shared the story: "My grandmother asked us what Archie wanted for Christmas, and Meg said a waffle maker. [So] she sent us a waffle maker for Archie!"

Harry also added, "For breakfast now, Meg makes up a beautiful organic mix. In the waffle maker [it goes], flip it, out it comes. He loves it! Archie just wakes up in the morning and literally goes, 'Waffle?'"

Too cute!
